Return Policy
At HomeEase Mart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Proof of purchase (Order ID or invoice) is required.
Certain items such as personal care products, innerwear, and clearance/sale items may not be eligible for return.

2. Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:
Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photos or unboxing video as proof.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
You will be notified about approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was from our side.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service.
